Things we do that are not common in our field
We will tell you when you should not proceed
If after a first session we believe a business is not in a position to benefit from any AI tool right now, we say so. This has happened, and we consider it part of the job.
Post-session notes are yours, unconditionally
The written summary we provide after a session belongs to you. You can share it with another consultant, with a family member, or simply put it in a drawer. We attach no conditions to it.
Engagement scope is agreed before we begin
For setup and advisory work, we agree on the exact scope in writing before any session takes place. You do not discover what is and is not included after the fact.
Staff comfort is part of the brief
